Thank you for making Saint Xavier University’s annual President’s Scholarship Ball on Saturday, March 20, at the Hilton Chicago such a resounding success. The music of the Roy Vombrack Orchestra was superb—from the piano serenade as guests arrived to the dinner music and the violin players on the dance floor to the dancing music the rest of the night! Everyone had a great time.

Please extend my thanks to your entire team of musicians. They really put on a great show but never overpowering—just the way we like it! You also have a great repertoire of music to please young and old. And you are such a pleasure to work with which makes my job so much easier!…

         Roy was awesome. The crowd loved it when his people donned their sunglasses and did their “Blues Brothers” thing!…all my feedback has been very positive. Roy was a pleasure to work with…We are very pleased.

From the piano serenade as guests arrived to the perfect tempo on the dance floor after dinner, you really had a pulse on the crowd. This Ball was the most successful in the event’s 23-year history raising nearly $400,000 for student scholarships. More than 500 guests joined us as we honored William M. Daley with the Shield of Saint Xavier. Thank you again for helping to make our event a success and for making a very festive night!

         ...A client and I were looking at the Stock Exchange room at the Art Institute and everyone there was raving about you! I reminded this client that you had performed for their CEO's retirement party at the Navy Pier ballroom about 6 years ago. We reminisced for awhile how wonderful that party was.
